Both ITAOP and FBF versions of all forms are presented on this Website.
This is the FBF version.
The ITAOP version of all (about 17,000) the FedForms is fillable and savable.
In contrast, the FBF version of only 4,000 FedForms is fillable and savable (because only 4,000 forms out of about 17,000 posted on the government Websites are fillable). The FBF version of nonfillable forms is posted to allow the user to have direct access to both the ITAOP and the original (government) version of the form (the nonfillable version is smaller and thus faster to open and read).

The forms can be viewed only in Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 5.0 or higher).
The latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded from Adobe Acrobat Reader download page.
Please do not try to view the forms in the Adobe Acrobat full program. We included a protection code to prevent such view (the Acrobat Full program can damage the forms).
